Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Assurance in Carlsbad, Ca.

As a Quality Assurance you will :

• Perform in-process and final inspections of parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work with production staff to identify and troubleshoot quality issues in real-time.
• Document inspection findings and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Utilize various inspection tools and equipment including microscopes, multimeters, and calipers.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established quality control procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

This is a full time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

Prior experience performing in-process and final inspections in a manufacturing or production environment.

Understanding of quality control procedures and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, or other applicable standards).

Ability to use inspection tools and equipment such as microscopes, multimeters, calipers , and other measuring instruments.

Experience working with production teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues in real-time.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results , non-conformances, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions .

Capable of maintaining thorough and organized records in accordance with company procedures.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with company and regulatory guidelines.

Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, or basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems is a plus.

Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional technical certifications or training in Quality Control or Inspection is a plus.

Pay Rate : $23.00-25.00 per hour
