Develop sustainable infrastructure : Establish structures, staffing, and processes that set training up for lasting impact.
Lead change with influence : Launch communication and engagement strategies that encourage adoption, collaboration, and cultural alignment.
Prove the impact : Define success metrics, track results, and continually optimize programs based on data.
What You Bring :

Proven history of building or overhauling training in regulated, multi-state care environments (PACE experience strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of CMS / state requirements for PACE-related training
Expertise in LMS optimization (Relias, Care Academy) and adult learning methodology
A deep commitment to health equity and improving care for seniors
Who You Are :
A connector—you naturally build trust, form relationships quickly, and move work forward through collaboration.
Warm, upbeat, and approachable—you bring energy, empathy, and optimism into every interaction.
A persuasive communicator—you listen deeply, adapt easily, and influence with positivity.
Comfortable with change—you thrive in environments where no two days are the same, and multiple initiatives need to move forward at once.
A creative problem-solver—you blend innovation with regulatory expertise to build training experiences that are both engaging and compliant.
