CNC Operator
Are you a skilled machinist ready to take your CNC expertise to the next level? Join our team and work on high-precision billet parts in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. We offer flexible day shifts – pick 8-hour or 10-hour workdays with start times at 6 : 00 am or 7 : 00 am – plus overtime opportunities after 40 hours.
What You’ll Do :
- Set up and operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills for billet machining.
- Prep, position, and secure workpieces in fixtures, chucks, or tables.
- Load programs, enter offsets, and run first pieces, making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect parts for quality and document results, ensuring every piece meets specifications.
- Suggest improvements to machining processes and help implement them.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5-S principles.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For :
Background in Machine Trades or equivalent OJT training.Knowledge of G & M codes and GD&T blueprint reading.Experience with 3- and 4-axis machining centers.Own set of machine trade tools.Strong communication, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive operations for 8+ hours.Why You’ll Love This Role :
