Multimedia Producer

Major Function

The Bezos Earth Fund is accelerating progress toward a more equitable, sustainable, and climate-resilient world. We're seeking a creative and mission-driven Multimedia Producer to help tell the stories of our partners, grantees, and initiatives across the globe. This role combines strong visual storytelling with technical expertise to produce compelling photo and video content that inspires action and showcases the impact of our work on people and the planet.

The ideal candidate is experienced working on multiple platforms, passionate about environmental and social issues, skilled in translating complex ideas into engaging visual narratives, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Storytelling and Production :

• Capture powerful visual stories that highlight the Earth Fund's programs, grantees, and impact in areas such as nature conservation and restoration, food systems, decarbonization, and sustainable cities.
• Produce high-quality videos and photographs for digital platforms, social media, events, and internal communications.
• Plan and execute shoots—including pre-production, lighting, sound, directing, and post-production.
• Edit content into short-form and long-form pieces suitable for various platforms, maintaining brand and messaging consistency.

Salary Range : $115,000- $ 140,000
