Description : Shift Lead
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Shift Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
- Manage cash handling, inventory, and other administrative tasks during the shift
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasksFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technologyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plusJoin our team and be part of a company that values growth, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash handling.Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising a team.Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in natural / organic foods, grocery or retail preferred.
