Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy programs to help them attain their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work collaboratively alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families on therapy practices to sustain progress outside of sessions
• Track and Report Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients continue to move forward
