Key Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting with minimal supervision

Safely and accurately triage patients

Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status

Maintain flexibility to cross-train and work in other nursing departments as needed

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care

Note : Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and hold the required certifications to be eligible for application.

Experience Required : \n\n2+ years of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience preferred\n\nExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred\n\nBasic computer skills required\n\nQualifications : \n\nCurrent California RN license\n\nCurrent BLS certification\n\nACLS and PALS certifications required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)\n\nMust pass a nursing medication test\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English\n\nExcellent interpersonal and professional conduct with patients, staff, and public
