Nexus Family Healing is hiring a Facilities Technician I at its Indian Oaks location in Manteno, IL . If you have 2 or more years of maintenance experience and hands-on skills in trades like plumbing, electrical, painting, or landscaping, we’re hiring - apply today!

Located south of Chicago, in the small, rural community of Manteno, IL. We offer a unique homelike setting, where boys and girls aged 12-21 live, eat, exercise, and attend school on campus. Helping youth face difficult challenges isn't easy, but for most of us, it's the most satisfying work we've ever done.

Work Environment :

This role routinely uses a vehicle, standard office equipment such as desktop and / or laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

Schedule & Pay :

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30 am-4 : 00 pm

Pay : $20.77 per hour

Position Summary : Our Facilities Technician I maintains the appearance, structure and safety of our buildings, vehicles, and grounds, as well as performs general facility maintenance tasks. Teach maintenance and renovation skills to residents at sites where vocational training programs are in place.
