What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery including Hurco mills, lathes, and Mazak equipment.
• Perform full production runs, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain consistent quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and technical drawings to execute precise machining operations.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and quality checks, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold quality standards.

What You Bring

• Prior CNC machining experience required (Hurco or Mazak experience a plus).
• Ability to perform own tooling changes and make independent adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and dimensional inspection.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• CNC programming familiarity is a plus.
