Job description

A non-profit 25-bed independent community hospital in an award-winning Northwestern Illinois community (just outside Dubuque, IA) is seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of five primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers due to an upcoming retirement :

4-day workweek; 8-hour shifts
Average patient volume of 15 per day allows time for comprehensive care
Interest in procedures can be supported (not required)
Robust specialty support including dedicated emergency medicine physicians, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, and more
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME, and 401k
Competitive compensation up to $350,000
