This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Job Setting: Standard Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45days
• Active Illinois state license required
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required.
