The ideal candidate has 10+ years of architectural experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, and is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and context-driven design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee internal design reviews.
