🌿 Executive Director (RN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care

📍 Location : New Rochelle, NY

💰 Salary : $60,000 – $70,000 per year

🕒 Schedule : Full-Time

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a heart for seniors and a talent for leadership? Join our upscale Assisted Living community in New Rochelle, NY , where you’ll play a key role in enriching the lives of 60 residents in our warm, family-oriented Memory Care neighborhood.

As the Executive Director , you’ll lead a dedicated care team, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. You’ll also work closely with the Administrator to maintain compliance and promote a positive, nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

What You’ll Bring

• Active RN license in New York State
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care (preferred)
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Familiarity with caring for Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents (a plus)
