Project Manager, Medical Affairs

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Medical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead project planning, scheduling, and tracking for Medical Affairs priorities and cross-functional deliverables

Develop and maintain project timelines, dashboards, status reports, and documentation

Implement and manage project management tools to drive cross-functional coordination and efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (science or healthcare preferred) or equivalent experience in a technical field

2 - 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device setting preferred

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflows

Experience with project management software (ClickUp experience preferred, or ability to adopt rapidly)

Strong interpersonal skills to enable ongoing communication with global team members
