HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Real Estate / Property Management industry. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC system problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance
  • Requirements
  • Experience
  • : At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong background in commercial or industrial settings
  • Certifications
  • : Possession of relevant certifications, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence) or R-410A certification

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Education
  • : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Physical Demands
  • : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift to 50 pounds, and work at heights and in confined spaces.
