Executive Director - Site Development & Construction Services (Wireless)

Overview

We are seeking a high-impact executive to lead Site Development and Construction Services divisions nationwide for our client who is a leader in wireless communications infrastructure. This role carries full P&L responsibility for a $100M+ business unit, with a mandate to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Financial Leadership : Own P&L, drive revenue growth, optimize cost structures, and ensure strong financial performance.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee site development and construction services across multiple markets, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Business Growth : Identify and execute market expansion opportunities, develop new service offerings, and strengthen client relationships.
• Leadership & Culture : Build, mentor, and retain high-performing, inclusive teams; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Industry Presence : Represent the company at senior customer meetings, industry events, and leadership forums.
