Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our apartment maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and integrity of apartment units, hallways, and common areas through high-quality painting and finishing work. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for painting (e.g., sanding, scraping, patching holes, caulking cracks).
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to apartment interiors, exteriors, and common areas.
• Paint vacant units quickly and efficiently to meet turnover deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Conduct minor drywall repairs and touch-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff on apartment make-ready tasks.
• Track materials used and notified supervisor of low inventory.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Respond to painting-related service requests from tenants.
