Global Sanctions is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective, risk-based enterprise-wide sanctions program that focuses on the following : Establishing enterprise minimum standards for sanctions, PEP, and risk list compliance; Overseeing effective sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons, and risk list screening processes; Conducting an enterprise-wide Sanctions Risk Assessment; Developing and providing sanctions and PEP training; Providing reporting and Key Risk Indicators; Advising on acquisitions and new product development; Leading program development and issue resolution, and advising management on regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities :

• The successful candidate will be part of a team that focuses on governance, oversight, and management of the enterprise screening tool, Bridger Insight. The individual will be responsible for :
• Provide platform access management support.
• Support the enterprise screening tool, performing technical requirement changes through the Change Management Control (CMC) process.
• Lead on requirements gathering and documentation for Bridger Administrator Change Management Control requests from stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and support for Bridger platform implementation projects, liaising with Market & Line of Business Compliance as well as Business Unit project teams.
• Provide platform support for internal / external audit and exam activities.
• Liaise with Bridger Product Owner, American Express Technologies, and LexisNexis.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Highlight risks / challenges / observed in Bridger platform operations, escalate to leadership as necessary.
• Highlight enhancement / efficiency opportunities within Bridger platform operations, escalate to leadership as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary Range : $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
