We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Float Pool team in Tulsa. This is a direct-hire role offering stability, a strong benefits package, and the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple high-acuity units.

What You’ll Do

As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various critical care settings. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of treatment. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy using their critical thinking skills to adapt to different patient needs.

Shift & Schedule :

• Full-time, 3x12-hour night shifts (7p–7a)
• 36 hours per week
• Shift differentials : $4 / hr starting at 7p , $0.25 / hr starting at 11p , plus a $6 Critical Care Differential
• Relocation bonus : $10,000 for a 2-year commitment
