$25.00 - $27.00 DOE PM Full Time & Part Time PM and NOC / Working a 4/2 Rotation.

We are searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. We are committed to providing kind, competent, and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff.

Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a secured STP Unit that specializes in the treatment of clients with psychiatric diagnoses. Our patients suffer varying degrees of physical ailments, and all have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. Our facility provides a transition from acute-care psychiatric treatment to a residential setting. Qualifications:

• CA, Certified Nursing Assistant.
• 1 Year of Behavioral Health experience in a locked or secure setting.
• Knowledge and experience with de-escalation and redirection.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Desire to be part of a dynamic team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
