Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Core Responsibilities :
Maintain the general ledger for multiple entitiesProcess payroll entries via ADP for several entitiesManage payroll accounting operations by processing employee pay calculations, wage and handling deductions, taxes and benefitsUtilize payroll systems and accounting software to ensure compliance and accuracy in compensation benefits and benefitsManage, calculate and report payroll taxes and other mandatory deductions and withholdingsOversee the reconciliation of payroll related accounts and conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll dataPrepare and post monthly and quarterly accrual journal entries, including AP activity, bonus and other payroll related accrual accountsPrepare monthly variance report, highlight and provide explanations for significant variances in operating reportComplete monthly financial close process including bank reconciliations and preparing and posting adjusting entriesMaintain schedules supporting balance sheet accounts, capital schedules, and bank reconciliationsAssist in calculation / review of month end AccrualsProvide additional financial statements and general ledger analysis as needed and participate in other projects as requestedPerform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closesCollaborate with auditors, providing necessary documentation, and assisting with audit preparationAssist in the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting as necessaryPrepare and present budget-to-actual analysisAd-hoc reporting and analysis as requiredAssist other team members with finance matters as neededProvide support to operations staff for ongoing accounting issuesParticipate in meetings as requiredThe staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers.
