Technical Payment Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Payment Operations Specialist to manage and optimize payment systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the FBO model for ACH processing, ensuring accurate settlement and reporting

Monitor payment flows across various methods and resolve operational discrepancies

Collaborate with technology teams to optimize payment processing systems and support new feature rollouts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in payment operations, fintech, or banking operations

Direct experience with ACH processing, FBO models, and AML compliance preferred

Strong understanding of ACH processing flows and FBO account structures

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) NACHA qualification preferred
