The Opportunity

Our growing company has recently expanded into the retail channel and is adding a new team member to assist in marketing to prospective consumers, onboarding new retail customers, and support existing customers who are looking to deepen their relationship with recteq. This is a road warrior role and requires frequent travel to customer and prospect locations (approximately 80%).

Reporting into the VP, Retail Sales, this individual will :

• Successfully onboard customers from initial call through training
• Coordinate and conduct retail training events, including planning, scheduling and project management – for both new and existing customers
• Maximize merchandising strategy and in-store execution
• Lead and execute regional sell-through events
• Provide local and national trade show support, assisting in planning, attending, and post-show account follow-up
• Participate in blitz preparation and execution
• Co-manage Large Partner Account events
• Lead certification programs for key partners
• Represent the brand in a professional manner, in alignment with our strategic objectives, while reinforcing the values that make recteq stand out from the rest
