Key Responsibilities

Own and champion a multi-year product strategy aligned with company mission and growth objectives

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing product team through coaching and career development

Drive portfolio roadmap prioritization and partner with cross-functional stakeholders for successful product launches

Required Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in fintech, insurtech, proptech, or related domains

At least 4 years of experience leading and hiring high-performing teams

Demonstrated success in scaling products from early stage through hyper growth

Strong organizational and project management abilities in fast-paced environments

Bachelor's or master's degree with a business, computer science, or related focus preferred
