Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Operating Room - $3,269 per week in Burlingame, CA

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : CVOR Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift : 10 Experience : 2 years minimum in Orthopedics / Vascular / Robotic Surgery, CVOR experience required License : CA RN Licensure Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : Experience with scrubbing preferred Description : Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient / family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area. Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family / support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. Experience with scrubbing highly recommended. Weekend rotation required with no on-call obligation. May have occasional float to outpatient surgery. Preferred experience in charge roles and trauma level I or II care. Background checks will be conducted prior to submission. Certification requirements include ACLS and BLS, with all certifications needing to be in hand at the time of submission. Specific charting experience is required, with Epic experience preferred.
