ERP Management

  • Oversee the transportation billing process on ERP-SAP B-one, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices and payments
  • Follow up with carriers to obtain necessary documentation to support invoices
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in transportation expenses
  • Leverage automated billing systems and robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline and optimize billing processes.

Document and Record Keeping

  • Manage and maintain transportation-related records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
  • Organize daily transactions and keep the records

    • Job Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or above is preferred, but not required
  • Must be Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Computer skills in various areas, like word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • Administration work / Document handling environment
  • Experience of ERP – SAP B-one is preferred, but not required
  • Experience of Power BI & Automation process is preferred, but not required
