Revere Medical - Brockton Internal Medicine is seeking an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established community-based practice with two physicians in Brockton, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. Excellent opportunity to join a quality driven practice, with strong support, flexible scheduling, and more. Experience preferred as candidate will have responsibility for managing own patient panel. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
