• Estimated Weekly Pay : $950 - $1020 per week\n
• Unit Size : 17 beds (Med / Surg, Telemetry, and Pediatrics)\n
• Orientation : 1 day and 1 night shift on unit\n
• Scrubs : Any color / pattern; closed-toe shoes required\nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications\n
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required for North Dakota healthcare jobs)\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) for Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) in North Dakota\n
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred\n
• Ability to work rotating day / night shifts, including weekends and holidays\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\nMed / Surg CNA Responsibilities\n
• Provide direct patient care for adult and pediatric patients under nursing supervision\n
• Monitor and document vital signs, blood glucose, and intake / output\n
• Assist with patient hygiene, comfort, and safe mobility\n
• Change linens and maintain a clean, safe hospital environment\n
• Float to the Emergency Room for task-based support as needed\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care\n
