• Location : 1.5 hours from Green Bay WI
• Facility : 10 bed department, EPIC-EMR, trauma level 4, stroke certified
• Practice setting : hospital ED, Outpatient Only, using EPIC EMR
• Schedule : Scheduled Clinic plus Call
• Practice details : 15-30 patients per shift, annual ED volume 13,500, UC annual census is 14,500.
• Certifications : BC, active WI license or IMLC, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
