SaaS Product Specialist

A company is looking for a SaaS Product Specialist (German-speaking, EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

Assist prospects in identifying the value of the product

Become a product expert to demonstrate and answer client questions

Onboard and support DACH+ clients in German and / or English

Required Qualifications

Native German speaker with strong English (C2+)

Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience in support, onboarding, or pre-sales

Familiarity with terms like HTML, CSS, JS, API, and database queries

Highly organized and comfortable in remote work environments

Access to reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
