Job descriptionEstablish a relationship with potential clients, build a plan with them, and follow up as needed in order to bring them on board as customers Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to offer customers products that bet fit their personal situation Contact existing customers for reviews of their current policies to ensure both their property and finances are properly protected, offer any additional protects they would best serve them Able to obtain Property and Casualty License Able to obtain a Life / Health License Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs ability to multi-task ability to work in a team environment Salary plus commission / bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal / sick days) Profit sharing Retirement Matching Health Insurance, Dental, Vision Growth potential / Opportunity for advancement within my office and beyond knowledge and training that would benefit you if you chose to pursue a career outside this office with corporate State Farm or your own Independent State Farm Agency paid training and licensing fees paid for

ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Our State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Account Associate to join our team. The goal of this position will be to expand our offices reach, helping bring on board as many new clients as possible. This is done by contacting prospective clients, building rapport, uncovering customer needs, and providing the best solutions possible based off those needs. As a team member you will become an expert on State Farm Insurance and financial service products. This expertise will provide you with various avenues for future career advancement and increased income.
