- Job Description The Director of Implementation will manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and is here to take our implementation team, tools and processes to the next level as we scale our enterprise and SMB implementations.
- Implementations will include new client implementations, add-on implementations for existing clients, and project management of both client and internal special projects and initiatives as needed. The Director of Implementation will help elevate our highly professional approach with a goal of creating positive industry word-of-mouth about our best-in-class implementations. The Director of Implementation will lead and expand the implementation team, including both implementation (project) managers and technical resources while developing tools and processes to enhance efficiency. They will oversee project management, client workflow assessments, business requirement gathering and documentation, solution design and configuration, and testing and training processes. The Director of Implementation will lead with a consultative approach with our clients to ensure successful implementations through standardized, yet flexible processes tailored to unique clients and our various technology modules and related services.

Elevate our implementation and project management processes leveraging best practice industry approaches for SaaS healthcare information applications.Implement best practice tools, including AI, as part of these processes, or identify needs for, and then design, tools fit for our implementations.Ensure extremely robust project management of implementations with technology-supported processes.Use project management practices and implementation processes and tools to ensure consistent on-time delivery of projects, while also finding ways to accelerate our time-to-launch.Ensure that roadblocks or issues are rapidly assessed, communicated and dealt with in an effective manner.Constantly re-assess and refine approaches to drive a highly optimized process capable of flexing with changing business needs.Manage and organize resources for scale, leveraging AI or other technology to improve scalability while also assessing team member roles and responsibilities and additional resource needs, including potential for external partnerships for scale.Lead implementations where needed, participate closely in other high value situations.Work very closely and highly collaboratively with other departments including Sales, Project Management, Product / Product Delivery, Technology, Support and the Executive team.Work closely with Product to develop implementation strategy and tactical plans for the deployment of new e123 products.Then work closely with e123 Support to ensure transitions from Implementation to Support.Implement, manage, own and report on implementation-related KPIs.Serve as a point of escalation internally and with clients related to concerns or issues.Develop strong relationships with key client contacts during implementations.Support the Sales Team in their sales process, including development of implementation SOWs, as it relates to implementation discussion, requirements and timelines.Looking for someone who fits these requirements :
Highly experienced (7+ years) with SaaS implementations and project management, ideally in healthcare information applications or insurtech, with experience as an analyst / team member, as a project manager, and ultimately as a Manager or Director, including with experience managing direct reports (at least 3 of the 7+ years).Brings a best practice playbook for SaaS implementations and project management, but experienced in flexing playbooks to unique situations. Can draw on professional network to fill knowledge gaps unique to our situation. Can also draw upon experience, successes, failures and lessons learned with similar clients and business requirements.Experience with health insurance application implementations and an understanding of the health insurance market, including the health insurance distribution landscape and complexities, ideal; particularly experience working with insurance carriers and integrating with complex, legacy insurance technology, navigating compliance requirements, and the like.Ability to resource plan to match skills, forecast needs, and recruit solution deployment personnel.Technically adept, and loves applications and configurations. Able to quickly understand and become proficient at a working skill level for the technology stack tools requirement for use during an implementation.Self-driven interest in AI with demonstrated experience leveraging AI with implementations and project management.Highly analytical, solution-oriented problem-solver.
