Senior Communications Role at Nasdaq
Nasdaq's Corporate Communications team is responsible for protecting and promoting all aspects of the Nasdaq brand. We are looking for a senior communications colleague to lead Nasdaq's financial and enterprise-wide communications function. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications, this individual will be a key member of the Corporate Communications management team, working closely with the CFO and Investor Relations as well as Nasdaq's enterprise-wide executive leadership team. This VP will drive creative, integrated business and financial communications strategies to deliver Nasdaq's narrative to Wall Street and other key financial audiences. The person in this role will also be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies in support of key enterprise functions including Legal, Risk & Regulatory, HR, etc., as well as critical issues management.

Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in public relations, with experience in supporting public companies focusing on financial communications either through in-house or agency experience.
This position can be located in New York, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $118,400 - $197,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus / commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
