Job Summary :
The Data Analyst will support database management, data processing, and reporting functions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across enterprise systems. While the position includes data management and analysis elements, the primary focus will be on data entry, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint presentation support. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with business stakeholders, and the ability to work with structured data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Work with senior management and technical teams to define data requirements and reporting standards.
Manage and maintain computer databases and related systems.
Support data input, quality control, and data validation tasks.
Assist in preparing reports and visualizations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Implement and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes as needed for data migration or updates.
Troubleshoot data integrity issues and collaborate with analysts and developers to resolve errors.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company data management policies.
Required Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, entry, or database management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Familiarity with ETL concepts and data manipulation tools.
Basic understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, Access).
Knowledge of a scripting language (Python, R, or similar) preferred but not required.
Interest in data-driven decision-making and business analytics.
