Adecco Staffing is assisting a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH in hiring a Temporary Financial Analyst. This is a full-time, temporary position focused on financial reporting, data validation, and supporting a successful system transition. This is a contract position!

Job Title : Temporary Financial Analyst

Location : Nashua, NH

Pay Rate :  $45-$52 an hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Job Duties :

Support the JD Edwards ERP rollout by assisting with data validation, system testing, and aligning financial processes

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, including variance and trend analysis

Partner with IT, operations, and corporate teams to ensure accurate data integration and process continuity

Assist in transitioning standard costing models to the new ERP system and ensure cost accounting accuracy

Provide cross-training and temporary coverage for the Nashua finance team during the ERP project

Develop and monitor KPIs to support financial performance and strategic decision-making

Collaborate with department leaders to support budgeting and spending alignment

Use financial systems such as HFM, SmartView, and Adaptive for reporting and planning

Ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies throughout the ERP transition

Skills and Qualifications :

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

Minimum five years of finance experience with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial trends and opportunities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred :

Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, or other financial systems

Knowledge of standard cost accounting in a manufacturing environment

Financial certifications such as FPAC, CPA, or CMA

Additional Requirements :

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to meet requirements for employment under government contract guidelines

Must sign a company non-disclosure agreement

Ability to manage deadlines and handle visual / mental stress associated with extended computer use

Pay Details : $47.00 to $52.00 per hour
