PVM, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions that address our customers' complex challenges. You will work directly with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be key to driving success and delivering meaningful results.

Location : On-site in Anchorage, Alaska

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on, desk-side support and training to analysts.
  • Lead training sessions for analysts and operators in both classroom and live operational environments.
  • Support the Help Desk by responding to user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide user feedback and insights to support product improvement.
  • Support and participate in senior leader briefings, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
  • Assist in responding to RFIs and inquiries from senior leadership.
  • Partner with analysts to identify high-impact workflows and translate mission needs into Palantir solutions.
  • Support in building and refining geospatial tools for actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Maven Smart System.
  • Strong military background, preferably Army intel experience.
  • Experience with multi-service integration of ISR and targeting capabilities or the Distributed Common Ground System.
  • Experience conducting user training programs or workshops.
  • Tools

  • Prior experience as a Palantir Gotham user is required. Experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry is a plus.
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically 75-100% of the time if needed.
