Job descriptionRespond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant applications. Support the leasing manager in preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing their Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive living Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Previous experience in leasing or customer service is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
