Job descriptionDesign, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to produce cost-effective, high-quality products Support customers and production teams by troubleshooting build issues and providing technical guidance Create, audit, and refine robust 3D models from 2D drawings with precise dimensioning Assist in the development and maintenance of our Project Data Management (PDM) system, Windchill© Construct Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and high-quality photo renders Hands-on experience with 3D modeling software (Preferred : Creo, ProE; will consider SolidWorks or Inventor) Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Windchill (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – including mechanical troubleshooting Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning Experience in process improvement and quality-driven problem-solving Highly Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology Required : High School Diploma Preferred : Background in the plumbing industry or manufacturing Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Pay : Commensurate with experience Location : Local applicants only (Relocation is not provided) US Citizenship required Generous vacation package (including vacation buy plan) Sick days & paid holidays Life insurance & short-term disability coverage Vision & dental insurance available Please note Medical Insurance is NOT provided. 401(k) with profit-sharing

Lawler Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leading manufacturer of thermostatic mixing valves in North America, is seeking a detailed and self-motivated Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in manufacturing processes, and proficiency in 3D modeling software.
