Responsibilities Automotive Body Shop Manager :
Oversee all daily operations of the collision center to ensure production efficiency and high-quality repairsLead and manage a team of estimators, body technicians, and paintersCoordinate repair schedules, parts ordering, and workflow to maximize throughputMaintain compliance with OEM repair standards and safety protocolsBuild and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, customers, and internal departmentsTrack performance metrics, profitability, and customer satisfactionProvide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote accountability and growthRequirements / Qualifications Automotive Body Shop Manager :
3+ years of experience managing an automotive collision or body shop (dealership experience preferred).Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems (CCC ONE or similar), and insurance procedures .Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proven ability to drive productivity while maintaining high quality standards.Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.I-CAR certification or equivalent industry credentials a plus.Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
