The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations team is responsible for delivering and maintaining global IAM services and infrastructure across the bank. This includes managing systems like Single Sign-On, Federated Identity (SAML), PKI, SailPoint, Splunk, and related authentication services. The role involves end-to-end operational support, including triage, service restoration, root cause analysis, and permanent issue resolution in alignment with ITIL practices.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of production support experience in Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, and Splunk
• Strong expertise in Linux, Networking (TCP / IP), and Information Security
• In-depth knowledge of IAM principles and technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and operational processes
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
• CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
