Invoicing Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Invoicing for a 12-month fixed-term employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation, verification, and timely issuance of accurate invoices

Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and manage cash and credit allocation

Conduct financial analysis and reconciliation, contributing to process improvements and compliance with tax regulations

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, including Accounts Receivable and Financial Analysis

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience with ERPs and AR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power Queries preferred

[BONUS] Accounting qualification or similar certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
