NOW HIRING : GENERAL LABORERS – TOANO, VA – $14 / HR | 1ST SHIFT

Looking for a reliable job with steady hours and a great team environment? The Lee Group is now hiring General Laborers for a well-established manufacturing company in Toano , VA . These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering 1st shift hours , consistent pay, and long-term potential.

Pay : $14 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Benefits : Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

As a General Laborer , you’ll help keep the production line running smoothly by preparing materials, handling parts, and assisting with daily operations. If you’re dependable, able to work on your feet, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to get started in manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing as General Laborer :

• Move and prepare materials for production
• Load and unload parts on racks or workstations
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Assist machine operators and team members as needed
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality
• Support other departments with general labor tasks
