Line Cook : CUT - Las Vegas

CUT by Wolfgang Puck at The Palazzo, Las Vegas, is the modern, sophisticated evolution of the classic American steakhouse. With bold flavors, refined techniques, and a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere, CUT delivers an unforgettable fine dining experience—and we’re looking for skilled   Line Cooks   to join our award-winning team.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Work various stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure seamless service and kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen is required
  • Steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
  • Solid knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Culinary school education is a plus but not required
