We’re seeking an experienced Xactimate expert with a strong background in reconstruction and water restoration estimating. This is an as-needed, job-by-job opportunity – perfect for someone looking for flexible side work, not full-time employment.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Xactimate (latest version preferred)
• Experience in writing estimates for water damage, reconstruction, fire / smoke, and mold remediation projects
• Ability to interpret scope sheets, site photos, and adjuster notes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable communication and fast turnaround times
