Administrator Home Health Operations Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add an Administrator Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for a new hospice branch located near Littleton, CO. A Clinician (RN or PT) is required. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

Administrator Home Health Operations Requirements

• Home Health operations leadership experience
• Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Clinician is required (RN or PT) Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be able to travel.

Administrator Home Health Operations Responsibilities

• Oversite of Home Health operations in the territory.
• Oversite of directly reporting branch directors.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
