5-day work week (Monday through Friday! We are closed weekends!!!)

We are looking for an experienced technician who wants to work with others at the same professional level as themselves and who can provide high-quality vehicle repairs. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We also know how it feels not to have your voice heard and to work with broken or missing shop tools. We strive always to show appreciation and be the place where everyone wants to work.

Our shop won Best Mechanic in Madison, TN, from 2017 to 2019 then again from 2021 to 2025. Since opening in 2017, we have grown our sales every year. We currently see approximately 275 cars per month, and our goal is to grow to about 325 cars per month.

Pay will vary based on ability and experience. We are a modified flat-rate shop (meaning we pay 125% of All Data time).
