Student Account Analyst - Inactive

The Student Account Analyst is responsible for auditing, processing, and monitoring these essential functions :

• Withdrawal calculations
• Review of graduate student account for accuracy, compliance and closure to the account.
• Review of credit balances for Inactive Student Accounts to bring them to a 0 balance.

Job Description

Prefer candidates with experience in the Education Industry, bilingual English / Spanish, and available to start immediately.

Requirements :

Associates Degree and / or at least 2 years of finance, accounting or business experience. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge :

Financial Aid Experience helpful

Computer Skills : Microsoft office experience - proficient in excel and spreadsheets

Detail oriented

Self-Motivated

Good Communication Skills

Fast-pace environment

Campus Management experience helpful

Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Occasional Over time required with management approval

Occasional Saturdays during audit and special projects
