Supply Chain Manager
Monitor economic, industry, and market trends to inform pricing, delivery conditions, and supply chain strategies.
Review and manage requisitions, supply sources, quotations, terms, and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms and pricing, ensuring cost stability despite inflationary pressures.
Participate in contract negotiations and vendor selection, ensuring performance aligns with delivery, quality, and price commitments.
Manage strategic relationships with external suppliers and internal customers, acting as a liaison, as needed.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other functions to develop, and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers and materials to diversify sourcing options.
Assist with developing Commodity Strategies to procure quality parts and materials, focusing on total cost of ownership.
Review purchasing budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risks associated with procurement activities Partner with the Supply Chain Manager to enhance strategic planning, mitigate risks, and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
Seek continuous improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain Group and the organization Utilize procurement software and technology tools to improve efficiency, and track KPIs to measure procurement effectiveness.
