Role Overview :
The Culinary Chef will serve as the backbone of our kitchen, bridging traditional deli techniques with elevated culinary execution. Key Responsibilities :
Execute and refine traditional Jewish deli recipes with precision and creativity
Oversee kitchen stations and line operations during service
Ensure consistency in plating, portioning, and presentation
Collaborate with culinary leadership to innovate within our classic menu framework
Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
Assist with prep planning, inventory, and ordering
Qualifications :
4+ years of professional kitchen experience; high-volume or deli experience a plus
Strong knife skills and a mastery of classic techniques
A visual eye for presentation and plating
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
