Senior Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations and Launch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of multiple product launches, ensuring alignment across various functions

Manage internal and external communications related to product launches and coordinate issue responses

Establish frameworks to measure launch performance and drive continuous improvement of launch operations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex industries

PMP, PgMP, or similar project / program management certification

Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility

Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and competing priorities

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
